This Privacy Policy explains how tronkilu.studio collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages.

How your data is used

This site is a static site served over HTTPS, so all traffic is encrypted. It does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking. If you use the contact form, you consent to send your email address and message through Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards them to my Proton Mail account. This data is used only to reply to you and is never sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, and are deleted once no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Amendments

This policy may change to reflect updates to the site or the law.
